Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundability: Due to prior financial commitments and irrevocable international contracts with international partner entities, all fees paid by the participant are strictly non-refundable once the payment process is completed and registration is confirmed, regardless of the reasons (including personal circumstances, health emergencies, or visa rejection).
• No Cancellation: Canceling a reserved seat is not permitted. If the participant is unable to attend, they forfeit their right to claim a refund or transfer the fees to future programs.
• Substitution (Transfer of Seat): Substituting a participant with another is prohibited except with exceptional and written approval from the Center's (SSSC) management. This must be done sufficiently in advance of the program date to allow for the issuance of invitation letters and security coordination, with the substitute participant bearing any additional administrative fees.
• Program Cancellation by the Center: In the sole and exceptional case where the entire program is canceled by the Center's management without providing an alternative, the refundable amounts will be evaluated and returned to the participants in proportion to the unrendered services.
