Introduction:

Welcome to the website of The Smart Sustainability Systems Center (SSSC).

In accordance with the E-Commerce Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Center and the "Client/Participant". Completing the registration and payment process signifies that you have read and given your absolute and final consent to all the terms listed below.

• General Commitment: The participant's registration in the training program constitutes an acknowledgment of their full and final agreement to all the terms, conditions, and policies of The Smart Sustainability Systems Center (SSSC).

• Intellectual Property: All rights, including copyrights, intellectual, and industrial property rights to the materials developed or provided during the program, are exclusively owned by the program providers. The participant is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to photograph, reproduce, or distribute the educational materials for commercial purposes.

• Use of Logos: Under no circumstances is the participant permitted to use the name or logo of The Smart Sustainability Systems Center (SSSC), or the names and logos of partner entities, nor imply any form of endorsement, without obtaining prior written consent.

• Disclaimer of Liability: The Center shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that the participant may incur if the programs are held externally or internationally.

• Adjustment of Schedule: The Center and the organizing entities reserve the right to amend the training program's schedule whenever operational, security, or technical necessities dictate.
